Can I collect my order from ECG Clinical Wear myself?

Most definitely. During the Checkout Process, there is a Shipping Method section. Select the 'Customer Pick-Up (No Delivery)' option and we'll be in touch to arrange the pick-up with you.

Are shipments delivered to post boxes or door-to-door?

We use courier services that typically deliver to your door. This requires someone to be available at the desired address to receive your parcel. Our couriers do however deliver to hospitals, clinics and offices.

What does gsm stand for?

Grams per square meter, which denotes the weight of one square meter of our fabrics in grams.

How are payments accepted?

We use PayFast to accept payments on our online store. Payfast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this – the highest level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure (e.g. Validated by Visa) is also in place for all credit card transactions.

 

 

Can products be personalised by either embroidering or printing before it is shipped to me?

Absolutely. We do all our embroidery in-house to ensure prompt delivery of your items. We will confirm your requirements and quote you for the personalisation accordingly. Our online store unfortunately does not have the functionality to capture individual requirements just yet. Feel free to contact us to discuss.
